How should I go about attacking this base with this army (I'm rushed and this is my only option for army)

As a th12 how would you attack this?- Clan leaders should be able to change the name of the clan 1 time, or possibly have it be the same concept as normal name changes- by that I mean 1 free and any others cost gems.
