I last played maybe in October or November of 2019. It was tied to my super cell ID. I was feeling nostalgic since I started playing clash royale again and downloaded it. Account completely gone from ID. When I was going through the tutorial it even tells me to load my old account by signing in with my ID, but the name has been changed apparently. Pressing that doesn’t load the old account either, there’s nothing there. I leveled up my new account enough to find a clan I used to visit and found my old account through there now renamed and in a dead clan and probably hasn’t been played in a while
I contact supercell for help in game, and provide screen shots of my first gem purchases, and provide devices I’ve played the game on. I answered all their questions and I get banned for 31 days for phishing attempts. I’ve sent a email but haven’t received a response back. I even have screen shots of the game literally prompting me to sign back into the old account, what the heck else do they want?? It shouldn’t be this difficult to get my old account back.
