My clan used to be very active, but now it's getting less active

Yeah, as my name and title suggests, I am in a bit of a problem here

I have been in this clan for 2 years and became a co-leader this year and when I first joined, my clan was so active and we got more than 60k points in clan games and good wars.

Later, my clan has more people going inactive, less people attacking in war, and now, less people doing clan games to the point where we might not even get last tier, sitting at 41k points.

So, should I leave the clan?
