Roadmap to the 6th Builder

Made this visual guide so I can keep track of where I'm at :) The resources section does not include other builder base structures required to get to builder hall 9. The storage requirement is just a technicality and included for completeness sake. In practice, we probably want to max them out anyway to maximize the benefit of resource runes (e.g. level 9 storage made up for its upgrade cost by the 7th rune compared to level 8).
