Do you think scenery’s will be coming back due to their appearance in the China clash of clans shop

I’ve heard stuff about scenery’s that have already been released possibly reappearing in the shop and they have in China. I am wondering if they actually will though and them appearing in the China shop is just an apology like gift for what is happening with their servers like they’ve done in the other supercell games.
