I am done with all the walls, Should i just upgrade to th 12?

So, I recently got into th11 after maxing out th 10 and taking long break from game something like 2-3 yrs. And now i am already done with all the walls.... but my core defenses are not maxed. they are basically th10 lvl with some exceptions. Should i just go to 12 or finish upgrading these? I know posts like these are way too common and at the end of the its my personal choice to upgrade or not but i am looking for guidance. I am thinking siege machines will make gameplay more fun...Also i suck at attacks i only used to do barch till th 10. I recently learned how to do electro drag. Very rarely played wars/ clan games/ CWL etc... Also i dont have 6th builder i am working on that but it will take some serious time right now.
