I've been playing on my profile for around 4 years and have been in the same clan the whole time, just my brother two friends and recently my brothers friend. None of them play very much except me so we don't do clan wars, or the clan games we don't even have clan capital unlocked yet. I'm fine with this mostly because I didn't think the clan really mattered but I recently entered townhall 8 with only 3 builders and have been advised that getting the fourth and fifth is a good idea. So I've been trying to push up to crystal league, masters league, and champions for the gems, I realized my strategy wasn't very good so I looked up a few and tried some but quickly realized I need some clan troops but nobody can/will donate this led to me looking up if it really mattered and I got a bunch of mixed responses (none of them really helped me) on if clan really mattered so I'm here asking if they really matter that much, and if they do to explain the perks of a clan.
