I'm looking for some feedback from some other clan leaders, on your clans (or leaders) process for deciding who get's to participate in CWL.
Currently our clan is in Champs 3, and occasionally bump to down Masters 1, or up to Champs 2 (Champs 3 seems to be our sweet spot), but regardless we always run a 15 man war, even in a lower league. The biggest problem in our clan, is that people don't know how they're qualifying for the lineup, and some people in the clan get mad when left out, or have to go to another clan for CWL. Basically it's the leader and co's deciding who should be in/out, via an email.
I'm looking for something better.
Are there any good systems any of you have in place for "In Clan Qualifying" for the CWL?
The biggest thing I think I would like to implement: Transparency. People should be able to know leading up to the wars, if they're likely to stay and make the lineup, or need to go elsewhere if they're looking to get medals.
