I never been astonished by how terrible support team is for a game that is this big. Usually the customer service is a reflection of how reputable a company is. I was told to answer several questions to determine my account like my past names used on account, devices played on and if money were spent. I answered all of them correctly, I only had two name changes and I remember them wholly, I also stated the devices I played on. Why do they ask these questions to blatantly refuse to solve my problem? They still said they can’t confirm ownership despite me answering them correctly, it’s like they want you to lose your account on purpose. I even ask that I can prove that it is my account by logging on my old device to proof that it matches the devices info or serials etc. I even have access to my supercell id email, what’s the point of supercell id if they don’t use it to confirm your identity? Yet they don’t wanna help, I am the one offering my own solutions to get account back. The support team are incompetent of the job and presumedly lacks training or procedures in managing support tickets.
TLDR; terrible customer support service, I even offered my own solutions to prove that the account is mine, hopefully this reaches any competent supercell employee
