Does unbalancing offensive metas to favor defense make a game competitive, or fun?
As someone who has played CoC for over 9 years, runs multiple Champs clans, and competes in the top 50 US clans for trophy pushing, I have to say, majority of my clan and myself are not actually having fun anymore.
Since th15 I have had over 5 long time friends quit playing the game for good, generally because they simply aren't having fun.
Supercell needs to take a look in the mirror before they lose more paying customers and ask if they've made a more competitive game, or a more fun game.
My recommendation: Slow down invis spell deployment by .75 seconds. Reduce poison damage to troops by 30% Decrease scatter shot and mono HP by 15%. Make super wall breakers a standard troop, we all run it all the time, just make it a standard troop. Incentives for legends pushing. Ending season at 5300 is a 5mill loot bonus, ending at 5500 is a 7.5mill bonus, and so on and so forth.
