SC is useless in this situation. The fact that you can lose a clan you've been in for the better part of a decade, diligently building slowly over time, and due to one mistake it's all gone forever... simply unacceptable.
We had 46 members. We were one of the higher ranked clans based in Canada. 20 or so of the members had been together for at least 5 years. When you contact customer service they basically tell you "tough sh*t". If that's the attitude then SC is not a company that deserves our business.
So I'm done, and thanks for nothing to this useless company that apparently doesn't care at all about the players.
