The cooldown on the hammer from the cwl medal shop has been changed. Earlier it was like buying a hammer of building/ hero/ fighting and waiting for seven days before u could get the second one. Now it is like u can buy a desired hammer and keep it in ur th. Now what happened is that there is a cooldown that still starts after u buy the hammer and on top of that u have to wait for another 7 days after using that specific hammer. Eg - if I had bought a hammer of building 7 days ago and after that time I used to upgrade my clan castle, earlier u would have been able to buy the second one after u used the first one as the 7-day cooldown was over but now can't, u have to wait another 7 days to buy another hammer of building as u recently used one
this was not on a patch or something if i remember
