What’s the best hero equipment for th14,15 and 16

I finally unlocked Otto but all I have left to upgrade in the home village is my walls- I am only town hall 9 but in the practice it says I have already 3 starred and taken all the loot on the town hall 10 attacks?
- Ok I messed up the first post lol , this is my base a month ago compared to now. I have a couple defensive and collecting upgrades left then I have everything maxed I spent a little money, but I am proud of it
