The SWB is one of the Super troops that need to be as a regular troop. After you try the regular WB you get that this troop is not really effective troop. So you find your self always with SWB and one more Super troops. I Believe the main purposes of the game is to be fun, so Super cell should make it more fun by canceling the SWB as a Super troop and they can also allow to make more the 2 Super troops at the same time but you can use only 2 in your combo. Think about it
