Does anyone know why we don't get to use our heroes all the time on friendly challenges, we can already train any army we want including super troops that aren't boosted(That we have unlocked ), why cant we just have our heroes all the time even when their upgrading/recovering

I need a 3 star for the war.Honestly, has the dmg when destroyed ever done anything?Only caught the end of it but there was randomly a banging+electric noise… not sure if this is normal or not but I’ve never heard it before Tried to look around for whatever made the noise but couldn’t see anything
