My clan was 2 stars down and 3 mins were left, I used my attacks and secured a W in the dying minutes

My october goldpass is still active. therefor i cant purchase the december pass. 8 can purchase gems so the problem is not on the google or payment side. i have tried everething with reinstalling the game and my phone and clearing the cache. i dont know how to fix this.- Please fix this problem with android users using custom rom/rooted device.
