Weird Builder Base Bug?

finally got here after 5months- Th10.5 base build for war
- I've noticed during CWL, only the participants in the cwl, or elder and higher can see the clans war map. Why isn't this implemented for regular & friendly wars as well?
- Why do I 0/1 star every single base with every single strategy???
- Did my archers retire?
