The poll is still open, but it has mostly settled with 318 votes cast. Here are some stats:
-155 voters (48.7%) wanted to ban OTTO posts. OTTO posts are posts that go along the lines of, "Finally got the 6th builder, now I can rest!" along with a screenshot of the OTTO hut or something similar.
-163 voters (51.3%) didn't mind the OTTO posts.
-151 voters (47.5%) wanted to ban league level up posts. League posts are posts that go along the lines of, "Finally reached [league] as a [town hall level]!" along with a screenshot of the new league badge.
-167 (52.5%) voters didn't mind the league posts.
The sample size was small, but it appears to be a roughly even split between people who like these posts and those who think they are low quality clutter. So, it looks like the data suggests that nothing should be done.
