Black needs to touch some grass. Getting WAY too angry over a mobile game

White is me, black is the guy who keeps pressuring me to attack when I can't and orange is the leader. Blue is someone else. The leader knew I was new to wars but he said it is OK and I should attack anyways and get 3 stars. I am upgrading 2 of my hero's too and I kind of depend on my heroes. I don't even have a strategy yet. I don't even want to be in the war anymore. Black keeps sending clan mail saying to attack too so idk what to do.
