In 2019 it happend something strange to me. During playing clash I got kicked out of my active device several times because another device was constantly connecting. At that time my account was linked only to my iPhone and iPad and both devices were nearby and I never shared my account or e-mail. Indeed I am a security affine person. So I decided to contact the in-game support and described them my situation. They then blocked my account for security reasons. After giving them all the necessary documentation they reactivated my account. In the meantime I lost my CWL attack but I was happy that they reactivated my account (after hearing a lot of different stories here on Reddit). I decided to not further investigate because I was afraid of completly loosing my account through the support agents and I hoped that it was only a false allert.
About a year ago I wanted to request a copy of my account data through the in-game support but they told me that they can‘t fulfill my request because my account was once shared. I told them that I never shared my account but that in 2019 I opened a support case because I was always kicked out of the game because another device was constantly accessing. Than they told me that they can‘t give me my data because they can‘t differentiate between my data and the potential other player. For them this whole case falls under account sharing and not under a criminal action. After speaking with diferent agents I managed to get a copy of my account data from online Supercell support.
Controlling the copy of my data and all ever used devices I couldn’t identify anything strange.
Has anyone had a similar experience? Should I be worried about my account being labeled as shared even if I never shared it?
