Hi everyone!! I’ve had this problem before but I got my account back with little effort. This time I’m stressing. Id like to hear your stories with support and how you got your accounts back?! — or better yet, what made the difference for support to finally hand your account back. I lost my account because I got a new phone. Something happened with my supercell id and it loaded a town hall 2 instead of my 11. (Maybe I accidentally rewrote the data and it wiped my th11 data? I thought IOS Game Center would retrieve my data too.. but I guess not)
7 years of progress and money down the drain. I’ve heard people say it’s all about who talks to you, and to keep trying but the funny thing is.. from the basic 4 questions they say they can’t find the account I’m looking for. How. My level, town hall and player ID are correct, but the clan i was previously in, is no longer a clan so maybe that’s why they can’t verify. The “describe in detail how you lost the account” might also be why, that’s a dumb question because how would they even know... to help verify myself?
One person asked me to provide purchase screenshots, while another said “purchase screenshots don’t trace anything back to the account so we don’t have information to prove” okkkk… so support is telling me different things but I have every piece of information needed besides a clan name to get my account back. Purchase ID seriously won’t help me either? I feel like that’s key information. They close the chat before I can justify. Please share your success stories!!!
