At max level, Level 4 the spring trap can lift a capacity of 8. If you have all of your troops fully upgraded to level 20 only skeletons, barbarians and archers will be taken out by the spring trap. This basically makes spring traps useless, since at high levels the barbarian and archers are almost never used.
I think they should add an additional level to the spring trap that raises the spring capacity to 12 or even 14. That way the traps would be useful against the bomber and hogriders. At 14 capacity they could also be used against wiches, but that might be too powerful.
