I made a purchase in my account and the fact is that it was not me.. it was a friend. I had saved that for something else. I checked out and found i can get a refund, but the thing is I am saving up on gems for changing my name after using them for relentless quick donations in past
The question is, my friend purchased the scenery And i really want a refund. Would i get banned for that? It's really genuine. Another question, would I get negative diamonds? If that happens, i won't be able to change my name that i want to do... What should I do? I have 8 days or the sale in the other game would go and am currently on 71 gems needing 1000 for a name change...

(The purchase made by my friend was just a misunderstanding, he mistook the game as coc.. i told him not to do it in future... Want a resolution for this time.. shall I go for the refund?)
