ik this is a rant that you all have probably already heard but i just want to share my story. yesterday, out of nowhere, my account got logged out, and when i tried logging back in w supercell id, my game account was disconnected. i looked into it and discovered that i had been phished. being th15 and completely f2p, ig the account was high value and so someone decided to phish it. i started the recovery process and fortunately got it back… FOR 2 WHOLE HOURS before it got phished again, probably by the same person using the exact same info. they had already removed some old obstacles, spent thousands of my gems, changed my name along with having bought the gold pass. i went through the recovery process once more last night almost nearing 1am, sending device details and such, even warning the support agent about how my account was phished twice today and if there were any steps i could take besides the ones that they listed. but to no avail, “sorry we can’t help w this topic” or whatever bullshit. i got the account back this morning again, noticed how it was in a separate clan and such, and from what the chat was saying, it sounded as if the leader was the one who phished my account. i promptly said to refund the gold pass and gtfo of my acc before getting kicked. and just now, having just tried to log in, i see that my account has been permanently banned… FOR FKN ACCOUNT SHARING. what the actual fuck supercell. i’m done w this game. 9 whole fkn years, grinding my ass off, just for some nobody to guess their way through the security questions and boom my entire account is theirs. what a fkn joke. fuck this
