I am about to quit this game for good over this.

Years ago I switched from Apple to an Android phone. Recently my friends started playing again so I re-downloaded the game. I played before they added the Super Cell accounts so I didn't have a way of logging in. I used another family member's iPhone to log into my Apple account thinking that would give me access and it didn't. I resorted to the tech support. They asked many specific questions like "what city you made your account in". I had multiple different possible answers because I wasn't sure 100% on any of them since the account was made 10+ years ago. I was waited for a response, until I opened the game and they banned my phone for "account phishing". I was fine with starting over if they couldn't get into my account but now I can't play at all. I tried opening up tech-support on the family phone to at least get unbanned on my main phone only to find out their tech-support is completely automated and that it was probably a bot that banned me. Which also resulted in that one getting banned. Any advice? It's a 30 day ban but if I don't get this resolved before then I am just going to quit the game. This has been some of the worst customer service I have ever had.
