I am currently at titan 1, can attack and reach legends league but I know there is some sort of sign up we have to do to play in legends league. I was thinking if staying at 4900-4950 will be considered as legend league, like suppose I am at titan 1 4700, I can still get titan 1 star bonus by staying a little below 4700, is it the same with legends league?
