How to recruit effectively and efficiently?

I can't do this anymore. Messaged more than 100 people today and no one joined😭

Of course now it's CWL time and everyone's recruiting. I have been trying to get a few TH13+ players for my Crystal III CWL. Also the the fact that I, as the leader is the only person who is recruiting in the clan doesn't help. Wish I had some capable co-leaders to help me😭

So anyways, I wanted to ask my fellow clan leaders here, how do you recruit effectively and efficiently?
